Shipping Policy

Dispatch

All orders received before 8am will be dispatched the same day (Monday - Friday). Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

Delivery

We use standard trackable services via AusPost, Aramex or other couriers. A tracking number will be sent via email once your order is dispatched.

Estimated delivery time to Australia is between 3-7 business days (depending on carrier, not guaranteed).

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, Post Offices or Parcel Lockers.

Shipping Rates

We charge a flat shipping rate of A$9.95 for all orders under A$99.

FREE SHIPPING on all orders over A$50 during our Winter Clearance Sale. No code needed - applied automatically at checkout.

FREE SHIPPING on all orders over A$100 (excluding wholesale packs) at all other times.

During our Winter Clearance Sale, enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over A$50. Clearance items are subject to availability. Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
