If purchased before 10:30am your meal prep containers will be shipped the following day however in some cases this may take up to 2-3 business days to be shipped. Australia Post gives a delivery time of 5-7 business days on top of this. Refunds are available for any orders that are received damaged. All you need to do is contact our service centre at email@example.com and provide a few pictures of the damage. You will then be either sent new product or if you would like a refund for these that is fine as well.
If you are not 100% completely satisfied with your purchase please feel free to contact a member of our team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 weeks for a complete refund. Please be aware all products being returned will need to be unused and inspected before a refund will be processed.
Need to change the delivery address after placing the order? Just email the team at email@example.com within 24 hours and we can make the changes. If your request is received after 24 hours of order, we are not able to confirm the change can happen while we shall still approach the courier for it.
